This place will put a tingle in your fingers and a tingle in your feet... it’s got everything you could ever want in life.

For starters it’s got a fantastic floor plan set over multiple levels, the outlook is gorgeous and the amenities are almost endless. Let’s start with that floor plan, there is space for every member of the family with four separate living areas, several of which lead onto decks overlooking the back yard... but the piece de resistance is the man cave, the games room, the bar area, the get away from the world area, look I don’t really know what to call it but it’s a massive living space unlike anything I have ever seen in a home... IT'S JUST AWESOME!

The kitchen and bathrooms are in excellent condition. There is a separate powder room for visitors, the bedrooms are all a good size with the main featuring an ensuite, and there’s so much storage, like seriously, there’s storage everywhere. But just when you think it couldn’t get any better you walk out the back door and BAM, there’s a huge yard with heaps of lawn area, a solar heated resort style pool and a cabana with toilet and power, plus a separate barbecue area... and the great news is that there are no neighbours to the rear, just a gorgeous outlook overlooking the valley below. I could rave on for another ten thousand words about this place but my advice is to get off the computer, get on the phone and call me, arrange an inspection and do it fast because this is the coolest house I’ve had the pleasure of selling all year!
