Jamie Granger is the Founding Director of PropertyCo, where he leads by example with a hands-on approach to ensuring the company’s success. While he describes his life as unremarkable, Jamie’s daily role within PropertyCo is anything but. As the Director, he acts as a mentor and wingman for his team of agents, ensuring that all contracts exchanged by the company are watertight and seamlessly managed. Despite his humble description of himself, Jamie is also the creative force behind the marketing and content that has made PropertyCo a household name.

In addition to being the licensee of PropertyCo, Jamie holds several qualifications, including Stock and Station Agent, Auctioneer, and welder. With a real estate career spanning more than 8,450 days (67,000 hours), Jamie’s motto remains, “I treat every day as if it’s my first in real estate.” Whether you meet Jamie at an open home or chat with him about buying, selling, or developing real estate, his enthusiasm and dedication to his craft are undeniable.

"When I started in real estate, I made it my goal to learn as much as I could in the fastest possible manner. 24 years later, and I’m still learning something new every day," he says.
